The case that has come up recently is from Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. Where 15 days ago, Gangster Act has been imposed on three boys in the case of molestation of a girl in Quarantine Center. According to the information, after the confirmation of the charge of molestation, the police have imposed the Gangster Act on three boys of the village. After this incident, the police sent the three accused to jail, but the Gangster Act has now been imposed. 15 days ago, a girl came from Mumbai, who was a Quarantine in the school, in Bhimpur village of Sadar Kotwali.

A boy from the village Ajit Yadav started going to the Quarantine Center and molesting the girl. After all this, the girl protested. The boy along with his two other companions misbehaved and assaulted the girl, after which the police filed a case under various sections including obscenity and sent them to jail. According to the information received, Police investigated this whole matter, after which the charge is confirmed.

Now the Superintendent of Police (SP) has taken action against these three under the Gangster Act. While talking about this matter, SP Dr Shripathi Mishra said that "About 15 days ago in Bhimpur village under Sadar police station Kotwali, some boys abused a girl living in Quarantine in Primary School. In this regard, a case was registered in the police station and criminal sections including Section 354". SP further said that in the investigation, the charge against all of them was authenticated and the police have already sent them to jail.
