In Uttarakhand, there has once again been a case of a cloudburst. The cloudburst has also caused great devastation. This whole incident is of Devprayag. Where there has been heavy rainfall after the cloudburst. Not only that but the building of ITI has also been completely destroyed due to cloudburst. Several shops located in the area have also been destroyed. According to the information received, the cloudburst causes torrential rains, which is causing havoc.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has held a conversation with Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat over the cloudburst accident. He took stock of the damage and assured the state of as much assistance as possible.

CM Tirath Singh Rawat has said that the hon. He directed the NDRF and assured all possible help from the Central Government to the state. I sincerely express my gratitude to the Hon'ble Home Minister.

Earlier on May 3, a case of cloud was reported in Tehri, Uttarkashi, and Rudraprayag districts of Uttarakhand. Taking immediate cognizance of the news of cloudburst in Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi districts, all the information was received over the phone from the concerned district magistrates and directed them to provide immediate relief and assistance to the affected people.
