Srinagar: A militant has been apprehended by security forces from Sopore in Baramulla district of North Kashmir. The terrorist organization caught is related to Lashkar-e-Taiba. Weapons have also been recovered from the terrorist's possession. The police are considering it to be a big success for the terrorist being caught alive. Confirming this, a police official said that the name of the terrorist arrested is Danish Channa, who is a resident of Baramulla.

He has told that he was active in the area for the last about a month. Arms and other material have been recovered from his possession. At the moment the inquiry is going on, whatever will come out will be brought to the fore. At the same time, Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Dilbag Singh, while speaking to the press said that Sopore area has always been in the headlines due to deteriorating law and order situation and terrorism, but our soldiers have tried to control the atmosphere to a large extent. 

The DGP said that some people are still trying to suppress them by spreading terrorism and putting pressure on the people, but we are completely cautious and will not let these plans succeed. Dilbag Singh has told that the terrorist commander named Sajad Hyder is keeping terrorism alive in this area and he has also recruited some new boys.
