Dhanbad Judge Murder: CBI to conduct narco test on both accused, brought them to Delhi

New Delhi: CBI has brought both the accused of the Dhanbad judge murder case to the national capital Delhi CBI for narco test in the death case. Earlier, CBI produced auto driver Lakhan Verma and his accomplice Rahul Verma, two accused in the Dhanbad Judge Uttam Anand death case, before the court of Shikha Agarwal, special judicial magistrate of CBI in Dhanbad, and remanded them for 10 days.

CBI had told the court that there were some investigations that could take 7 days and the accused would have to be taken out of Dhanbad. CBI remanded the two accused Rahul Verma and Lakhan Verma of 10 days for questioning again. He has since left for Delhi in the evening. The court had earlier handed over the two accused to the CBI for 5 days on August 6, which expired on Thursday.

The court has since remanded him to 10 days CBI remand. CBI told the court that the accused are yet to be tested further. So that the truth can be known, which will take at least 7 more days. CBI told the court that the accused may also have to be taken out of Dhanbad to conduct the test. For which 10 days remand should be given. The court then remanded the two accused to CBI for 10 days.
