Lucknow: The state STF team probing the Ayush scam in Uttar Pradesh will interrogate former minister Dharam Singh Saini. The STF team will question and answer Dharam Singh Saini on the basis of the statement of his former secretary Rajkumar Diwakar. In fact, Rajkumar Diwakar had alleged in a statement to the STF that minister Dharam Singh Saini had received a bribe for granting recognition to the Ayush college.

Actually, this whole matter is related to the NEET 2021 exam, in which there was massive rigging. In fact, 891 students of low merit in this examination were admitted to the Ayurvedic Homeopathic and Unani College of UP. Most irregularities came to the fore in the admission of Ayurvedic College. The great thing was that students who got low marks in merit were given admission in good colleges. Some of these students got admission without giving the NEET exam. In this case last year an FIR was lodged in Hazratganj.

The UP STF recently filed a chargesheet in the Ayush admission scam case. The charge sheet includes the names of 15 accused including former director SN Singh, Dr. Ramakant Singh Rajesh Singh, and Kailash Chand Bhaskar. The former secretary has alleged that a bribe of Rs 1.10 crore has been received from Dharam Singh Saini for granting recognition of UG in Ayush and Rs 50 lakh for PG.
