Nottingham: India opener Shikhar Dhawan's precautionary scan for a left-hand thumb swelling will be conducted on Tuesday to ascertain the severity of the injury he suffered. In the World Cup match against Australia on Sunday, India's winning hero Dhawan was the bouncy ball of Pacer Nathan Colter Nile but played despite the pain.
