You must have known Bollywood actress Dia Mirza very well. Diya has won everyone's heart with her work. She was first seen in the 2001 film 'Rahna Hai Tere Dil Mein.'Â After working in this film, she made a place in the hearts of the people. She was recently in the news for her second marriage. Dia Mirza has now made a big revelation about sexism within the Hindi film industry. During an interview, she said, "She had to face sexism during his debut film.''

According to Dia Mirza, sexism in the film industry is promoted by men. "People were writing sexist cinema, which I was talking about, and I was also a part of those stories," he explained. My first film 'Rahna Hai Tere Dil Mein' also had sexism. I was acting with such people. Which was nothing short of madness. In the meantime, Dia gave an example to explain her point and said, 'A makeup artist can only be a man, not a woman. A hairdresser will be a woman.'
She also said, "When I made my Bollywood debut, my film used to have a unit of more than 120 crew members in the unit, but there were only 4 or 5 women in that unit. We live in a male-dominated country where patriarchal society prevails and which is the film industry, which is largely led by men. So obviously this industry has the highest number of sexism.''
Dia further said, "I think not a large part of the film industry is aware of fascism, because there are many men who are writers, directors, actors who are sexism-minded, but they have no idea about it. Now gradually this Bollywood has also improved with regard to fascism. I am sure things have improved now, because many people raised more voices in its favor and what is patriarchy, and what is sexism? People have a better understanding of this. Talking about Dia's work, she doesn't have a project these days, but she is focusing on her future child.
