Kulbhushan Jadhav,who is in Pakistan’s custody,said there is no let up in efforts by the Indian government to seek consular access to the alleged Indian spy.

Jadhav was arrested from Balochistan by Pakistani government, they said, he was a RAW agent who sought to foment insurgency in the provision.

According to the sources, “at least twice India had officially sought access to Jadhav, including in a note verbale, an unsigned diplomatic communication which is drafted in third person"

Government officials said , “We have at least twice asked them for consular access to Jadhav but Pakistan continues to deny that even as it goes ahead and books him for terrorism,"

Kulbhushan has been booked for terrorism, foreign act violation and sabotage, as per the Pakistan media reports.

Raheel Sharif's (Pakistan army chief) remarks earlier this week, accusing RAW of trying to destabilize his country have confirmed that Islamabad is going to pursue these charges even as it denies Indian authorities any contact with Jadhav.
