New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan's film Pathan which is slated to release on 25th January 2023. If we talk about the lead role, then Shah Rukh last appeared in the lead role in the film Zero in the year 2018. Shah Rukh Khan's return after a long time is also eagerly awaited by his fans. Meanwhile, a claim related to Shah Rukh's Pathan film is going viral on social media. The viral claim contains a video in which Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is seen saying something. Based on this viral video of about 2 minutes, it is being claimed that Yogi has appealed not to watch the film Pathan.

In this video, CM Yogi is seen saying that "some of the so-called writers and artists of the left-wing ideology inside this country have now started raising not only the anti-BJP but also the anti-India voice, unfortunately, with that tone, people like Shah Rukh Khan are also getting supporters." And this is not the first time that such acts have been done by them before. Shah Rukh Khan should remember that if the majority of the society of this country will boycott his films, he too will have to wander on the streets like an ordinary Muslim. At the end of the video, Yogi Adityanath is seen comparing Shah Rukh Khan to terrorist Hafiz Saeed.

When the internet was searched to know the reality of the viral claim, this video was found to be from the year 2015. A report by The Indian Express was published on November 5, 2015. In fact, two days after actor Shah Rukh Khan made a statement about the "growing intolerance" in the country, the then BJP MP Yogi Adityanath compared him to Pakistani terrorist and 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed, saying "welcome" if he wanted to go to Pakistan.

What Shah Rukh Khan said:- In an interview with a TV channel in the year 2015, Shah Rukh had made a statement about the growing intolerance in the country. Shah Rukh had said that there has been a little intolerance in the country, the youth have started reacting quickly. After this, leaders of different organizations and political parties in the country had opposed Shah Rukh's statement. Yogi Adityanath was the BJP's Lok Sabha MP from Gorakhpur at that time and he too had objected to Shah Rukh's statement. However, later Shah Rukh also apologised for his statement. Let us tell you that CM Yogi had said about Shahrukh joining hands because the Pakistani government and terrorist organization keeps making baseless allegations about atrocities on minorities in India, and Shahrukh's remarks were also similar to these allegations. But it is absolutely wrong that CM Yogi has appealed not to watch the film Pathan.
