2- The jackfruit seeds are not less than any panacea for health. If you do not feel hungry then soak seeds of jackfruit in the night and eat them in the morning. This will not solve your hunger problem. 

3- Watermelon seeds are the best for reducing weight. You can peel watermelon seeds and drink them with milk or water. By consuming their seeds daily, your weight gets easily reduced. 

4- Grape seeds contain plenty of antioxidants and vitamin C, which protects soft tissue from the radical in your body. Consumption of them daily reduces the risk of diabetes.
