Kolkata: West Bengal BJP unit president Dilip Ghosh has accused state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of violating the lockdown norms set to prevent coronavirus infection. Ghosh said that CM Mamata is regularly taking to the streets when she herself is breaking the rules, how will the public follow it.

Ghosh released a video saying that "Many developed countries of the world are changing into cemeteries due to coronovirus infection, but CM Banerjee is taking to the streets every day with many people. He further said," Don't So there is no need to distribute food on the road, nor to try to convince people. There are government officials, clubs and many voluntary organizations, which are doing their work. If CM herself violates the law, then the message of breaking the law will be sent to the people.

Lock down has a positive impact on environment, heavy fall in pollution

Mamata Banerjee is coming down on the streets almost daily to check the ground situation. She tells the police officers to strictly enforce the lockdown. She tells people about how to live cleanly, use sanitizer, create social distance to buyers and sellers.
