Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia, who starred in the movie Ramayan, appear as special guests on the Diwali episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 10. In a recent show promo, they can be seen reprising their roles as Ram and Sita and strolling down memory lane while reciting famous lines from Ramanand Sagar's production.

Dipika Chikhlia touches Arun Govil's feet to begin the video. On stage, they recreate their previous chemistry using well-known lines. In the role of Ram, Arun confronts Dipika about touching his feet when she referred to him as "parmeshwar," the supreme god. She referred to herself as Ram's daasi and urged him to share his updesh with her.

"Mera pehla updesh yeh hai ki meri daasi ban kar nahi rehna," Ram says as Arun responds, "that's right. (My first request is that you not serve as my slave.) - Meri Aardhangini, Mitra, Sakha aur Sathi Ban Kar. However, remain by my side as my partner in crime, friend, and companion. Further, he asked her to assist him as necessary. Additionally, he assured her that "there would only be one woman in Ram's life," saying, "Ram ke jeevan me kabhi koi dusri stree nahi ayegi (There would only be one woman in Ram's life)" and explaining how he had made this decision after first meeting her in Pushpa Vattika.

The show’s judges, Nora Fatehi, Karan Johar, and Madhuri Dixit can be seen grinning as they hear the show's famous dialogues. The comment section on the promo video received praise from a viewer who said, "Superb..dil ko kuch sukoon sa mila Ramayan ka ye scene dekhkar bahut din ho gaye (Feels peaceful it has been quite some time since I haven't watched Ramayan)" No tam-jham, no special effects. Still had that divine romance in me," said a different supporter.
