Naren Rathi, the Best Fashion Director awardee of IPEAA 2022 has gathered some applause and whistles. The awards were supported by respected thought-leaders, business houses, corporates and reputated individuals.

IPEA Award 2022,(India's Pride Excellence Achivement Awards) has been hosted and produced by Joil Entertainment at WE Hotels, Pune on 13th March '22. Several prominent personalities with diverse backgrounds have been honoured with the  Titles of Best in each categories.Joil Entertainment, invited Significant Individuals and Brands who are pushing the boundary of Excellence.

Naren Rathi, the Fashion Director, Show Choreographer and Mentor has been steeling the attentions lately. Starting in 2017, without a mentor from this industry, with sheer hard work and dedication Naren has come a long way. Himself being a Model in his early career, he got the grip and proficiency and later founded Illuminate Model Management, with co- founder and friend Mr. Prashant Chaudhary in 2018 and has never looked back since then! This young boy from a small district of Haryana, Hisar, has won over Chhattisgarh, Bengal, Telangana, Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat with stunning shows and captured the media attention in there as well. Produced a number of shows under his own brand and later moved on to working with outside Brands. Having hooked with so many prominent houses and brands, like Rival Films, Embellish Talent Management , Glare orbit, Celebfame entertainment to name a few, Naren has been planning on reigning the Fashion and Glamour Industry.

 "I always knew what my niche is. And all I had to find out was how to be the best in it..." says Naren in his most confident being. He is a strong believer of Karma and says Manifestation is Real.
With umpteen failures, ups and downs in his early career, and to be back on the foot after each single one, this courage has brought the man here and he's not stopping any soon.
