Actress Disha Parmar and her singer-husband Rahul Vaidya are expecting their first child shortly. The couple made the pregnancy announcement via a sweet social media post.
Disha published a photo of herself showing off her growing baby belly. She was standing next to Rahul, who was holding a sign that said, "Mummy and Daddy." In black, the couple twinned. Videos from Disha's sonography were also shared.
Rahul revealed in a recent interview that he initially found Disha's pregnancy hard to believe. When the singer returned to Mumbai from his professional trip to Goa, Disha "shared the good news" with him. The actor's pregnancy was described by Rahul as "unexpected news."
“I have always dreamt of being a father and giving a lot of love to my child. When I heard the news, it was unexpected, but I was extremely happy, and I am all set to become a papa soon. It is yet to hit me completely, but with congratulatory messages pouring in now, it is slowly sinking in," Rahul told in a new interview
Announcing her pregnancy, Disha Parmar wrote, “Hello from Mummy Daddy to be & the BABY!! ♥️????????????????????.” As Disha shared the news, she and Rahul got showered with best wishes. Mouni Roy congratulated the couple as she wrote, “Heartiestttttttt Congratulations ❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Aly Goni, who lived with Rahul in the Bigg Boss 14 house, added, “Mashallah ❤️ ????.” Varun Sood, Anita Hassanandani, Bharti Singh, and others congratulated the couple.
On Bigg Boss 14 in 2020, on Disha's birthday, Rahul got down on one knee. In July 2021, the couple got hitched.
Rahul appeared in the singing reality series Indian Idol in its inaugural season. Among other songs, he has performed Keh Do Na, Tera Intezaar, and Yaad Teri. Additionally, he had taken part in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.
Disha started her modeling career before appearing alongside Nakuul Mehta in the television program Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara. She appeared in the Woh Apna Sa as well. Her television program Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 is well-known.
