They also request visitors to maintain cleanliness. It has been requested on the board outside his room not to unnecessarily increase the workload by polluting it.
It's been a part of the routine: Dr. Pandey, divisional commissioner of Jhansi, cleans his room, it's not going to be a new beginning for him. It is said to have been a part of his routine since the beginning of his job. Wherever Dr. Pandey was posted, he has been cleaning his room himself. His work has also motivated the subordinate officers and employees. In many districts deployed by Dr. Pandey, officers and staff were so deeply motivated that they have started cleaning their seats themselves.
SSP also took unique initiative: Shiv Hari Meena, senior superintendent of police (SSP) of Jhansi before Dr Pandey, had also taken a unique initiative. Meena had left the office and made it a rule to sit in tents and listen to the problems of the fariadis. The changing working style of the officers is sending a positive message to the public. At the same time, people are not hesitant to reach out to senior officers.
