DLF Ltd, a lelading real estate conglomerate, aims to unveil a luxury home project in Gurugram next month, with an estimated sales revenue of about Rs 7,500 crore, in order to capitalise on increasing demand for high-end flats.

DLF Group Executive Director and Chief Business Officer Aakash Ohri said  that the business intends to build nearly 1,100 flats in this residential project. "We intend to unveil a premium residential project in Gurugram's Sector 63 next month. This project's expected sales revenue will be around Rs 7,500 crore "He stated."Demand for real estate at all price points is very high, particularly for products offered by reputable developers," Ohri said.

DLF, the country's largest real estate firm by market capitalisation, increased sales bookings by 45 percent to Rs 6,599 crore in the April-December fiscal quarter and is on track to meet its annual sales target of Rs 8,000 crore.
DLF's sales bookings were Rs 4,544 crore in the previous year.

"In the first nine months of current fiscal year, we experienced strong growth in sales bookings. Demand for high-quality products drives sales "Ohri said. He said that the company has offered flats and independent floors at various price ranges, which has resulted in increased sales.

This fiscal, DLF has announced residential projects in Delhi, Gurugram, Panchkula, and Chennai.
