The Kukatpally Court in Hyderabad was hearing a petition filed by Samantha, seeking an order to remove videos containing false, incorrect, malicious and defamatory information against her on YouTube channels. The court, however, asked the respondents to ensure that the defamatory video made against the actor should be removed and not uploaded again. Dr CL Venkata Rao was also asked not to make baseless allegations against Samantha and her personal life.

We already know that Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya announced their separation on October 2 after 4 years of marriage. The couple said in a joint statement that they have decided to separate as husband and wife. We are fortunate to have a friendship that has been an integral part of our relationship for over a decade and we believe that we will always have a special bond.

Samantha broke her silence, taking to social media, she wrote, "Your emotional investment in a personal crisis has overwhelmed me. All of you for showing deep sympathy, concern and defending me against spreading false rumors and stories. " Thank you. I've had affairs, that I've never wanted kids, that I'm an opportunist and that I've had an abortion. Divorce itself is an extremely painful process. Give me time to recover
