Along with this, people have been advised to wear warm clothes in sufficient quantity, keep drinking hot drinks regularly, and wear gloves, caps, mufflers, and shoes while going out. That's why it is advised to wear light, loose-fitting clothes on the outside and woolen clothes on the inside.

Let us tell you that, during the cold wave, there is a possibility of various diseases such as flu, cold, cough, symptoms of hypothermia such as lower than normal body temperature, unstoppable shivering, loss of memory, fainting, slurred speech, etc. . That's why the health department has asked people to stay indoors as much as possible in winter. Along with this, it has been asked to travel outside only when it is absolutely necessary. Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and respiratory diseases, old men and women whose age is more than 64 years, children below 6 years of age, and pregnant women should take special precautions in such a situation during extreme cold.
