In case your account is not KYC updated as of 30.09.2022, you have already been informed about the same. You are requested to approach the base branch to update your KYC before 12.12.2022. Due to non-updation, the operation of your account can be restricted.'
Here's how you can do KYC:
To update KYC, customers have to provide address proof, photo, PAN, Aadhaar number and mobile number. Customers can also complete this work by sending e-mails. Also, you can complete this process by going to the branch of the bank. The bank clearly states that it does not call any customer on behalf of the bank to update the KYC. Therefore, customers should be careful with this type of call.
