1.Starts Exercise soon after rising in the morning

3. Make preparations for workouts in the night

There should be differences in clothes wear in home and clothes of workouts. Also prepare shoes, clothes, mats all over the night, so that when you wake up in the morning, you just have to take them and do not waste your time finding it. Daily Wash your exercise clothes regularly and dry them Properly.

4. A Fast Exercise is Needed

You may do different types of exercises to reduce or increase your body, but keep one exercise out of it which is quite fast. The fast exercise increases the blood flow in the body and promotes metabolism. If you exercise at a fast pace, the blood pumps rapidly in the heart. Also your bones and muscles gets strong. Includes excercises  like fast jump, rope jump etc.

5. Go to sleep early

It is very important to wake up fresh for exercising, so the more you start exercising, the better it will be for you get sleep. So sleep early in the night so that you get up early in the morning. Also, note these points that if you exercise daily, then sleep is needed for 7-8 hours.
