New Delhi: At present, the entire country is eagerly waiting for the Corona vaccine. Talking about this, today, Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan has said a big thing. He said this morning, 'We have prepared for the vaccination up to the booth level based on the election process. Around 57,000 participants from 719 districts have completed their training. A total of 96,000 vaccinators have been trained so far. Yesterday, the Health Minister said that in the first phase, only 3 crore people will be given free vaccine, which is at the forefront of priority.

Apart from this, Dr Harsh Vardhan had also said that among these three crore people, 1 crore health workers and 2 crore frontline workers are included. The final decision on how the vaccine will be given to the remaining 270 million people in the first phase is yet to be decided. We have already told all of you that the dry run of vaccination has been done in the entire country on Saturday and it included 285 centres in 125 districts.

Just yesterday, Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan had said that people have started getting Coronavirus vaccine in Britain and America. Soon, coronavirus vaccines will also be introduced in India. Our priority is about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine. We do not want to compromise in any case. Talking about the cases of coronavirus, the speed of corona in the country is slowing down but its outbreak has not reduced yet. According to the data released this morning, 18,177 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in the last 24 hours, while 217 people have died.
