Love is a beautiful feeling that can only be felt. But have you ever thought that your weight could increase due to falling love? Yes, this is not confirmed by us but in a study, this has been confirmed. According to a study in Australia's Central Queensland University, when people are tied in a relationship with someone or they are loved by someone, then they are more likely to gain weight.

Researchers have added more than 15,000 people in this study. After comparing the body mass index (BMI) of men and women in the study, they declared results. In the study, people of both different styles of singles and couples have been included in the study.

During the study, the researchers found that love and weight gain are deeply related to each other. Actually, when people are in a relationship with someone, after some time they end up feeling inclined to impress their partner. Due to not paying attention to themselves, the weight of people starts to grow unconsciously.

One of the main reasons for the growing weight is that people who are in love relationships prefer to spend most of their time with their partner rather than practicing in the gym. Changed lifestyle is also an important reason for weight gain.

Often when people are in love, they are very happy and if the relationship is new, this happiness doubles. When we are happy, happy hormones oxytocin and dopamine are released in our body. These happy hormones have the desire to eat chocolate, wine and more calories, which work to gain weight.
