Washington: US President Donald Trump, who has been steadily aggressive against China, has banned any 'dealings' with the owners of the Chinese app Tik Tok and WeChat. Not only this, US President Donald Trump has set a deadline of September 15 to ban Tik Tok in the country in the event of Microsoft or any other company not buying. He has signed an executive order in this regard.

On Thursday evening, Donald Trump signed an order banning Chinese apps Tik Tok and WeChat within 45 days. Earlier, the Senate had unanimously approved an order that US employees do not use TickTalk. After signing Bain's order, Trump said that this ban is necessary because the collection of data from an 'untrustworthy' app like Tik Tok is a threat to the country's national security.

President Trump further stated that, 'The collection of data gives the Chinese Communist Party access to personal and proprietary information of the American people. This allows China to track the locations of US federal employees and contractors. Not only this, the Communist Party can create dossiers for blackmailing personal information and can also do corporate espionage.
