After the death of TikTok star and BJP leader Sonali Phogat, the matter continues to worsen. In this case, there was talk of a heart attack first, then Sonali's family expressed doubts about Sudhir and now the Goa Police has fuelled the drug theory. Sonali was present at the Curly Club before her death. The police have arrested the owner of the club and the drug peddler under the NDPC Act. But in this case, the family told that we do not want this case to become like the case of late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sonali's brother-in-law Kuldeep Phogat said that the way the investigation is being done right now, it seems that we will get justice. Regarding the drug angle, Kuldeep Phogat said that this case should not be limited to drugs, because if there was death due to drugs, it would have happened immediately. He said "Sonali was kept in the bathroom, the post-mortem has also found injury marks. It is clear that he was murdered.''

Kuldeep Phogat said that this is a murder case, not a drug case. The case is being linked to the drug angle. Bail is later granted in a drug case, the same happened in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. This case is also being made like Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Sonali's brother-in-law alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was given drugs by Rhea Chakraborty. But she is still out of jail. However, this incident is not over yet. He said that Sonali's death is not a case of drugs angle. Rather he has been killed. He said that whatever has to be done for justice, he will do it. Kuldeep Phogat said that we demand that the culprits of Sonali should be hanged. If the case does not prove that she has been murdered, we will demand a CBI inquiry. We will also demand a narco test.
