New Delhi: The country is getting to see the third wave of the corona epidemic and due to this the vaccination campaign is being run. Now the work of vaccinating the vaccine is being done rapidly. Now in the midst of all this, the SC has said that 'In view of the COVID conditions and administrative complexities in the country, it is not possible to direct door-to-door vaccination, especially when the vaccination is proceeding properly.' In fact, recently a bench of Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice Vikram Nath, and Justice Hema Kohli also refused to entertain another public interest litigation including door-to-door vaccination.

Let us tell all of you that in this petition, compensation was sought for the relatives in case of the death of each Covid. Not only this but this demand was made on the ground of medical negligence. In such a situation, the Supreme Court has said that it cannot be assumed that medical negligence was the reason behind all these unfortunate deaths due to Covid in such a large number. We cannot just speculate.

While talking about the vaccination of the Corona vaccine, the pace of vaccination has been increased across the country. Now there are many such states whose 100 percent population has taken the first vaccine of Corona. In fact, if the report released by the Ministry of Health is to be believed, so far more than 70 crore vaccines have been administered across the country.
