Bihar: Since execution of Bihar Public Grievances Redressal Rule, it is setting up the dimension every day. Complaints of common man's problems have been heard and disposed of in time . In order to effectively implement this act, the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society has been given 'Kalam Innovation in Government Award'. This award is given for innovative experiments in the administration.
It is worth mentioning that a function was organized on January 20, 2018 in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, in which Dr. Pratima, Additional Mission Director, from the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society received this award.
He further said that - This Act is an embodiment of the vision of the Hon'ble Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his resolve to speedily redress the grievances of the common people, whose efforts are being made with full readiness to achieve its objectives. Giving the credit of this award to the entire team of the state for making the public utility work, the award winner said that this award is a reward for the hard work and work integrity of the entire team of the entire government engaged in the state.
Apart from this, Dr. M. Das expressed his gratitude to Anjani Kumar Singh, Chief Secretary, Bihar, Mr. Aamir Mdwani, Principal Secretary, General Administration Department and Principal Secretary to the Honorable Chief Minister Mr. Chanchal Kumar and Secretary Mr. Ashish Chandra and said that This award will encourage the whole team engaged in this work across the state to make this act as public utility.
It is worth noting that under this Act, more than 2.67 lakh disputes have been received so far, out of which more than 2.41 lakhs have been effectively executed, the rest are under process
