New Delhi: Angered by the seating arrangement for the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinay Kumar Saxena, BJP MP and former Union Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan left the Raj Niwas in the middle of the ceremony. In this case it was said that Dr Harsh Vardhan was also being told to change the seat several times in the ceremony and with this he has to wait for hours.
On this entire matter, Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy posted from his official Koo App handle, supporting Dr. Harshvardhan and wrote that he wants to apologize to Harshvardhan for the invitation. With this, Swamy, expressing his displeasure with those who issued his invitation, has written that the government which has issued an invitation for the swearing-in ceremony of Delhi LG, should ask former Union Health Cabinet Minister Harsh Vardhan to sit in the back rows. You should apologize for insulting them. Being humiliated, he left without attending the program."
Reports say that BJP MP Dr Harsh Vardhan, who attended the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Vinay Kumar Saxena, is also being asked to sit in the back row, where he did not want to sit. Because of this, he has gone back from there without saying anything without attending the program, while many other guests have also turned back due to the late start of the program by 40 minutes.
However, while leaving, Harsh Vardhan has said that he is going to complain to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi (Delhi New LG) Vinay Kumar Saxena. The officials also swung into action after Dr Harshvardhan left in anger and immediately additional sofas were called for and additional seating arrangements have been made for the special guests. Reports say that Vinay Kumar Saxena, who was the chairman of the Village Industries Commission, has become the new Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, he has more than 30 years of experience.
