Today, every person from different age groups has become skin conscious and is trying to adapt to different skincare routines. This also includes teenagers or people who are under the age of 25. While everybody is free to take care of their skin, there are certain things that they should know. Thus, Dr. Malda Aldaoudi has shared some solid pieces of advice that are truly necessary for every person, especially youth!

She is a famous and skilled aesthetic dermatologist who has years of experience in the field. The doctor believes that after the advent of social media, every second person with great skin is passing along tips that could be great.

Dr. Malda says, "Youth are blindly following the products suggested by their favourite social media stars without thinking about their aftereffects. This needs to stop! You first need to consult your dermatologist before randomly layering trendy products on your skin. You may not know which product is or is not good for your skin. Moreover, it's not necessary that a product or formula that suits others will suit you too. So follow the advice and suggestions shared by your dermatologist."

She also talked about how teenagers can build and maintain a simple skincare routine that includes minimal products like facewash, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Dr. Malda also emphasised how important it is to know one's skin type. She asserted, "It's always necessary that you first know your skin type. Oftentimes, people don't know if their skin is dry, oily, or a combination, and then they end up using the wrong products."

Skincare is something that everyone should think about from an early age. The importance of skin care can never be understated, as it is important to maintain healthy skin since teen years. Dr. Malda lastly said, "If you start a routine, adhere to it like anything and follow it rigorously. Only then you will notice the results."

We hope these words might have held you. Doctor often uses Instagram to guide people about cosmetic procedures. She is one of the most highly regarded dermatologists. Besides being the main shareholder at Eternel Clinic, she is also pursuing her master's at Harvard University and keeping up with her practice. She is also an accredited regional trainer, consultant, and KOL (key opinion leader) for both Galderma (Restylane) and Sinclair Pharma (Silhouette Soft).
