Washington: Republican representative and former White House physician Ronnie Jackson has criticized US Vice President Joe Biden, claiming that his deteriorating mental condition is a threat to the entire country.

In the past, Jackson has criticized the current US administration for failing to be transparent about Joe Biden's mental health. Jackson served as the White House physician to presidents under Barack Obama and Donald Trump until 2018.

Jackson responded to the President's health report by calling the physical a "joke" and a "cover up". He said the current president's "ability to think and reason is gone" and should not be in office, adding that Biden, unlike his predecessor Donald Trump, had not taken a cognitive test.
