New Delhi: The various wards of the country's largest corona care center in the country's capital, Delhi, will be named after the soldiers who martyr in Galwan Valley. On giving information, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) said that this decision has been taken in honor of the soldiers who were martyred in the clash with Chinese troops on June 15 in Galwan Valley of eastern Ladakh.
This corona center has been built in the Radha Swami Beas campus in Chhatarpur area of South Delhi, named as Sardar Patel Covid Care Center and Hospital. More than 10,000 beds have been arranged here and it is considered to be the largest covid care center in the country. The size of this coved care center, built on nearly 300 acres of land, is being said to be equal to 20 football fields. On June 15, there was a violent conflict between Indian and Chinese soldiers on the border. In this skirmish, 20 Indian soldiers were martyred, while China also suffered a lot.
Meanwhile, PM Modi had visited Ladakh on Friday amidst tension with China and gave a strong message to China and said that the era of expansionism is over. PM Modi also went to the hospital to meet the injured soldiers.
