A good way to avoid kidney stones is to consume excessive liquid substances. Drinking less water can cause stones.

Reduce the amount of salt in the diet. Increasing salt in urine causes the calcium urine to slow down the process of observing blood and slow down the kidney stone. Eat less animal protein. Acid is high in animal protein and uric acid increases. High uric acid can become a stone.
