In a vehicle truck collision in UP, two people lost their lives.

Uttar Pradesh: In the  Meerut-Karnal highway a truck caught fire after colliding with a vehicle and in this, the driver and the owner were charred to death, as per said by police.

The SHO Avinash Gotem said 'The accident took place last night near Kabaraut village in Shamli district'

The deceased was identified as 28-year-old truck owner Pankaj and 38-year-old driver Manoj, both from Delhi's Govindpuri.

A case has been registered against unknown persons as the driver of the other vehicle is absconding, Gotem said.

The truck was going to Ghaziabad from Punjab. The half-burnt bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding that the probe is on.

It is one of the shocking incidents which disturbs the mind of everyone who listens to it and thus people need to understand that they should ride carefully to avoid such accidents.
