Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election in Uttar Pradesh will be held on December 5, 2022. Meanwhile, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohia) national president Shivpal Singh Yadav has accused the administration of openly misusing the machinery. He said police raided the houses of supporters of Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate Dimple Yadav and sp and SP workers in Mainpuri and Etawah throughout the night. In Bharthana, the head of the block was arrested. He and his supporters are being monitored with drones.

Speaking to the media, Shivpal Singh Yadav, who seems to be very angry with the UP government, said that the worker who has been arrested will go to his house right now. If needed, they will also lay siege to the office of the district collector and police captain. He has alleged that the police are keeping an eye on him at his residence in Mainpuri and Etawah, SS Memorial School, and wherever he goes. He has termed surveillance by drone cameras as a major violation of privacy. Shivpal Yadav said that no matter how much the government does, the wind in Mainpuri belongs to the SP, and Dimple Yadav will win from here.

Shivpal Yadav is in the news after entering into an agreement with Akhilesh Yadav in support of daughter-in-law Dimple Yadav in the Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election 2022. In the past, their security was reduced from the Z category to the Y category. Meanwhile, there is also talk of preparations to vacate his luxurious government bungalow in Lucknow and start investigating the Riverfront scam.
