London: Another notice has been sent to Nirav Modi in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam case. In the latest development related to the scam, the Mumbai Dates Recovery Tribunal-I (DRT) has issued orders to fugitive diamond trader Nirav Modi, his group companies and others to repay PNB dues worth Rs 7,030 crore for the last two years.

Earlier, on 22 November, DRT-I also issued instructions to Nirav Modi and other accused to pay interest of 14.30 percent on the entire amount from 30 June 2018. Nirav Modi and his close relative Ami N. Modi, Nishal D. Modi, Deepak K. Modi, Nehal D. Modi, Rohin N. Modi, Ananya N. Modi, Apache N. Notices have been issued to Modi and East Mayank Mehta.

Apart from this, notices have also been issued to Nirav's group companies in the same case. On these notices, DRT-I is signed by Sujit Kumar, Recovery Incharge of Mumbai. These companies include Stellar Diamonds, Solar Exports, Diamond RUS, Firestar International Ltd. (Formerly Firestar International Pvt. Ltd.) and its 13 branches in Mumbai, Gujarat, and Rajasthan, ANM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. And NDM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Contains name. Let me tell you that Nirav Modi is accused of running out of the country by digging Rs 13000 crores of PNB.
