There are many medications which can cause Liver Damage. This damage occurs shortly after the drug is taken and is totally related to the drug's dose.
Such cause is often caused by acetaminophen poisoning which usually leads to the most common causes of the sudden appearance of Jaundice, Liver failure, or both.
For the other drugs, the damage is unpredictable and rarely such damage leads to a severe Liver disorder.
