Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Aryan's bail plea was being heard in the high court for two days. Now, today, Aryan's bail was heard in the Bombay High Court once again.

Meanwhile, ASG Anil Singh has put the narcotics control bureau (NCB) in court and said that Aryan Khan is not taking drugs for the first time. He further said that Aryan Khan and his friend Arbaaz Merchant have been consuming drugs for years. NCB's lawyer ASG Anil Singh said during an argument in the high court that Aryan Khan has been taking drugs for many years and has also had a connection with the drug peddler. Anil Singh says Aryan Khan's chat revealed that he was dealing drugs.

Anil Ka has also said that Aryan Khan was already aware of having a drugs party on the cruise. He was going to have a very vivid party on the cruise. At least this should not have been done on Gandhi Jayanti day. On this, Judge Sambre said that lawyers appearing for Aryan say that Aryan did not belong to the party at all. The court also granted bail to Aryan Khan and arrested Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha along with him.  However, Aryan will not be able to come out of jail today, he will be released tomorrow.
