Drugs Case: Shiv Sena leader reached SC to defend Aryan Khan, accuses NCB

Mumbai: New reports are emerging every day in the Aryan Khan case, the son of Shah Rukh Khan, who was arrested by NCB in a cruise drugs case. Shiv Sena leader Kishore Tiwari has now filed a petition in the Supreme Court. The petition said Aryan Khan's fundamental rights are being violated. The petition alleged that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is acting with vengeance.

Shiv Sena leader Kishore Tiwari has filed a petition in the Supreme Court accusing NCB of sexual harassment. Tiwari in his petition said that the fundamental rights of Aryan Khan, who was arrested in the case, are being violated. Not only that, he alleged that NCB is acting with vengeance. So, the role of the NCB should be looked into. According to media reports, in the petition, Kishore Tiwari has said that the anti-drug agency has targeted film stars, models and other celebrities for the last two years.

He has demanded a special judicial inquiry. He said the matter should be investigated by a Supreme Court judge to ascertain its reality. Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan (23) is currently lodged in Mumbai's Arthur Road jail. He was arrested on October 2 in a Mumbai cruise drugs case.
