A new case of crime is reported from Shimla which is very shocking. In this case, one person has been killed in a clash between two youths of Nepalese origin over intoxicating liquor. In this case, a young man has been shot to death with a hit of a digging ground. According to reports, the police has been arrested and the accused and he is under investigation. This case is related to Jubbal police station area of Shimla district.
According to the news, 'Dinesh (30) and Chandra (32) of Nepali origin used to work as labourers in Mural village of Jubbal. Here they were staying in the rented house of Bagwan Dula Ram. The two were drinking alcohol together in the room on Sunday night. Meanwhile, there was a fight between the two over something. Accused Dinesh inflicted several blows on Chandra's head with a Ganti (tool) placed in the room. Chandra bled badly and died on the spot. On being informed by the landlord Dula Ram, the police rushed to the scene and started an investigation by capturing the dead body. The accused escaped from the scene, but was later arrested.
Rohru Deputy Superintendent of Police Sunil Negi said, 'The lent used in the murder has been recovered by arresting the accused. A case under Section 302 of Bhadansan against the accused is registered and further action is being implemented.
