Now dry roast these dry fruits without the help of ghee or oil as only then will it improve the taste. Now add jaggery to small pieces in a pan and add water and ghee and pour it on the gas. In the meantime, keep in mind that if the heat of the gas is slow, the jaggery will burn. Now when the jaggery melts well, bubbles will start rising from it. Now cook this jaggery for four to five minutes. In the meantime, make sure that the heat of the gas is continuously slow and now take a little water in a vessel and drop a drop of jaggery in it. In the meantime, if the jaggery becomes like a solid ball, turn off the gas. Now add all the chopped dry fruits to this jaggery and mix well and add cardamom powder together.
