Dry fruits and nuts are packed with high nutrient levels and are considered a nutrition powerhouse by many nutrition experts. Eating Dry Fruit daily and properly helps us to fight various diseases.


When to Eat
For taking maximum health benefits of dry fruits it is suggested to eat early in the mornings. The best time to eat dry fruits and nuts are a regular morning. They can be eaten to boost energy at pre-lunch snacks and post-lunch evening snacks to keep the stomach filled.  Meanwhile, it is not necessary to do it in the morning you can also have it throughout the day.

The dietary fiber keeps you satiated for long and controls the urge to eat between meals. As a result, your calorie consumption reduces which automatically reduces your weight

Skin Problems: You can get rid of various skin related problem by adding dry fruits to your diet for example Wrinkles, acne. As per studies oxidative stress can lead to several skin diseases and chronic inflammation and by adding dry fruit you can fight with these problems.
