Kurup, Dulquer Salmaan's forthcoming film, is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Srinath Rajendran directed the film, which is based on a true tale. Kurup finally got a release date today, after a long delay, and fans are ecstatic. Dulquer resorted to social media to announce the office's opening with a touching message.

Kurup, starring Dulquer Salmaan, will be released in theatres on November 12, 2021. The actor is both pleased and emotional that Kurup is finally getting his due after months of waiting. He also referred to the movie as his "second kid." While DQ stated that he poured his heart and soul into Kurup, the actor also credited his colleagues for bringing this remarkable film to life.

Because Kurup had been delayed for so long, there were rumours that it might be released on OTT, but it appears that this is not the case.

Sukumara Kurup was suspected of murdering a film representative named Chacko, and the film is based on his actual storey. Dulquer Salmaan will play Kerala's most wanted criminal, and the film has piqued audiences' interest from the moment it was announced.

The forthcoming Malayalam film also has Sobhita Dhulipala and Sunny Wayne in key roles, and it is produced by Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films and M Stars.
