Hyderabad: The Kashmir Files, a film set against the backdrop of the genocide and exodus of Kashmiri Hindus from Kashmir, is setting new records every day in terms of earnings. The film is getting to see huge public support, while at the same time, the voices of its rivals are also being heard. A case of sloganeering in support of Pakistan has come to light during the screening of the film 'The Kashmir Files' in Adilabad, Telangana.

According to the allegation, the screening of the film The Kashmir Files was going on in Adilabad. During the screening of the film on March 18, two youths were sitting on seats numbers seven and eight at Natraj Theatre. It is alleged that while watching the film, two people sitting on seats numbers seven and eight started shouting slogans in support of Pakistan. Police also reached the spot after receiving information about the incident. By the time the police reached the spot, the two men, who allegedly shouted slogans in support of Pakistan, had fled from there. The police could not nab the accused who raised slogans in support of Pakistan. However, in this regard, Adilabad Superintendent of Police Dr D Udayakumar Reddy has said that the situation is peaceful.

He further said that a person in an inebriated state had raised the slogan only once. According to the SP, the police have not initiated any legal action in the case. At the same time, in view of the possibility of an attack by fundamentalists, the government has provided Y category security to The Kashmir Files director Vivek Agnihotri.
