Authorities reported a revised estimate of 5.7 from 5.6 earlier, according to Akis Tselentis, head of the Geodynamic Institute, who was in Crete. He told Greece's Skai TV, "I felt it." "Thankfully it was in the sea. The depth was 42.7 kilometres, according to Greece's Geodynamic Institute.
