Make your own dairy-free soft serve with this deliciously easy 2-ingredient strawberry and banana recipe.
Ingredients You need to make it:
500g strawberries, hulled, plus extra halved strawberries to serve
2 bananas, peeled, chopped
Extra 2 bananas
Waffle baskets, to serve
Follow these steps to Make it:
Step 1
Place strawberries and chopped banana in a snap-lock bag. Freeze overnight.
Step 2
Place frozen strawberries and banana in a food processor. Process until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Set aside 1/4 cup mixture in freezer until required. Chop extra bananas. Add to processor. Process until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1cm fluted nozzle. Pipe soft serve into waffle baskets bowls. Sprinkle with reserved strawberry crumble mixture. Serve topped with extra strawberries.
