A sandwich is an all-time dish. It's like a best friend always ready to go with your demands. You can have it as a meal or a snack, suitable for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or bed at 2 a.m. Sandwiches are the go-to food for any occasion, be it a party, a picnic, or a get-together. They are easy to eat and even easier to prepare.

There are many types of sandwiches that are loaded with vegetables and often include butter and cheese in them. Here are many variations to try. A delicious and healthy sandwich can be prepared in many ways. Here we got you some scrumptious sandwiches recipe. 

Paneer sandwich

Shallow fry paneer slices in butter. Now cut tomatoes, onions, and capsicum thinly. Take two buttered slices, and place the sliced vegetables and paneer on them. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and put the other slice on top. Serve.

Cheese sandwich

Take two buttered slices of bread and place a slice of cheese on each bread slice. Add some chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicums. Season with some pepper, chili flakes, and salt. Grill it till cheese melts. 

Vegetable sandwich

Prepare some coriander chutney by blending some garlic cloves, green chilies, and coriander leaves along with a pinch of salt and some water. Now take two buttered bread slices, and apply this chutney to it. Place some thinly sliced capsicum, boiled potatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, and tomatoes on it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Put the other slice on top and cut it into two halves. Serve.

Mayonnaise sandwich

Mix some chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicums in a bowl for mayo salad. Add some salt and red chili flakes to add flavor. Now, add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise to it. Stir it well and place this mixture on bread. Serve.
