Easy recipe of Mutton Sukka to make at home

Mutton - 1/2 kg
Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp (Turmeric powder)
Bay Leaf - 1 
Black pepper - 5 - 6 (Black pepper)
Garlic - 4
Fennel - 1/4 tspoon (Fennel seeds)
Cumin seed - 1/4 (cumin seeds)
Onions - 1
Green Chilli
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp (Red Chilli Powder)
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tspoon (Coriander powder)
Salt - according to the taste (salt)
Oil 
 
Method:
 
Cut the mutton in 1/2 inch piece. Wash mutton with clean water.
 
Now add mutton, turmeric, bay leaf, salt and some water in the cooker and cover it until it reaches 5 whistel.
 
Cut the onions and green chilies finely.
 
Finely grind garlic, fennel, cumin, black pepper to a mixer.
 
Heat oil in a pan. Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies, bay leaves and cook it. Then add red pepper, coriander powder, a paste of grated lemon juice and mix it. Now add mutton with water and cook it until it is completely dry.
