Badam ki barfi is one of the most popular desserts which is delicious as well contains the goodness of almonds. It can be enjoyed on any happy special occasions. Therefore, today we bring you an easy recipe to make Badam Ki barfi at home. Let’s start
250 gms peeled almonds, blanched, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, Varq leaves and A greased plate to set the barfi in a greased rolling pin.
1. First of all Finely blend the almonds and milk using a blender. Now, Put the paste in a heavy-bottomed kadahi and add the sugar.
2 . Now Place the vessel over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then bring to a boill and Continue stir it over medium heat, till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, and becomes a dough-like paste.
3.Once it gathers up together into a mass, remove it from heat and cool for a while. When it gets cool enough to handle, roll it onto the greased plate, with the greased rolling pin. It must be rolled before it cools completely. Roll it to 1/2 cm in thickness. Cover with varq leaves and leave to cool.
4. When it gets cold, cut the barfi into diamond-shaped pieces. Your badam Barfi is ready.
