-If you have trouble sleeping, try not to take a sleeping pill. Due to these pills, you are not able to get comfortable and natural sleep. Trying to get unnatural and forced sleep will not make you feel refreshed and a headache will persist. Also, your health will also deteriorate.

-You should decide your sleeping time and try to sleep at the same time. It is also necessary to exercise for a while every day for deep sleep.
