1- According to doctors, in order to give birth to a healthy baby, pregnant woman should have at least 85 mg vitamin C in her body. By eating orange juice, the growth of the child in the stomach is rapid and it does not have any type of infection. 

2- Most women get constipation problem during pregnancy. Apart from this, they may also be prone to various types of infections. In such a way, consuming oranges provides relief from constipation and decreases the risk of infection. There are plenty of fiber in orange that help in  relieving the problem of constipation. 

3- During pregnancy it is necessary to balance the amount of pH in urine. By eating orange, pH  remains in level control in urine .
