New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent another summons to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Excise Policy case and asked him to come for questioning on February 19. This is the sixth summons sent by ED to Kejriwal at a time when, on the complaint of the investigating agency, he has been asked to appear before a Delhi court on February 17.

Reports say that AAP chief Kejriwal did not appear before the ED even on the fifth summons issued by it on February 2. The agency had issued summons to Kejriwal on January 31. The AAP convenor had earlier written a letter to the ED calling the summons 'illegal and politically motivated'. He had alleged that the purpose of the summons was to stop him from campaigning.
